Located on Cradlerock Way in the Village of Owen Brown, the East Columbia Branch also houses a Senior Center and the Library's Administrative Offices. Recipient of Honor Awards for Architectural Excellence from both the Potomac Valley Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and from the Maryland Society of the American Institute of Architects, this branch opened in August 1994.
