Customer Service Center
The BWI Customer Service Center is centrally located on the upper level of the terminal, between Concourses B and C, prior to the security checkpoints. The hours of operation are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. You may contact the Customer Service Center at 410-859-7992

The Lost & Found Office is located in the BWI Customer Service Center
You may contact the Lost & Found Office direct at 410-859-7387. You can also contact Lost and Found by sending an e-mail to maalostandfound@bwiairport.com . All calls and e-mails will be returned. If you suspect an article was lost at a security checkpoint, contact the Transportation Security Administration at 410-303-7305. If an article was lost at an airline gate area or on an aircraft, please contact the airline directly
